Bring your independent team's services, prices, and booking options together—while everyone keeps their own booking software.
Book an appointment
Your whole team, one page
The same three starting points appear in the widget you put on your own website.
Keep your booking software
Nobody migrates. Every professional stays on the platform they already know, with their own prices and their own clients.
Bring your team together
One directory of independent professionals, one shared catalogue, and each person's own price and availability.
Give clients one booking page
A single branded page on your website where customers see the whole team instead of hunting for separate links.
W8RM is in beta with a small group of businesses. Each location can hold up to 10 professionals (schedules) while we are testing, and billing is not switched on yet.
Demonstrations run on simulated schedules and are labelled as such — no live platform is connected to the demo.
Working demonstration
Simulated demo dataMarigold & Co. Collective — 4 professionals and 8 services, each keeping their own prices and their own scheduling platform. Everything you click below is the same interface your customers would use on your site.

Your whole team, one page
The demo runs on the simulated connector. Times shown are generated samples — no live scheduling platform is connected to this business, and nothing here writes to a real calendar.
How it works
Invite your professionals
They keep their own booking platform, prices and client relationships. You add them to your directory and they authorise their own account.
We read what each platform allows
Where a platform exposes availability we show real open times. Where it does not, we label the connection honestly and hand the customer to their own page.
Publish one widget on your site
A single embed, styled with your branding, showing every professional and every price. Change your team or your menu and the embed updates itself.
Supported booking systems
Each platform allows something different. The label says what it can do today — open a platform for the detail.
Public REST API. W8RM reads the account's calendars, appointment types and real open times, and the widget shows them. Creating appointments is not built, so the customer continues on Acuity's own booking page to complete the booking and checkout there.
Availability only · 5 of 9 capabilities documented
Code written · Not yet proven on a live account
Reading availability: awaiting a live account to prove it against.
Works today: API credentials.
Developer documentationBookings API searches availability and creates bookings with idempotency keys, with signed webhooks on booking changes. Reading is gated by a registered W8RM application; writing additionally needs a paid Square plan.

Reading availability: an agreement, approval or app registration.
Developer documentationReal APIs for appointments, employees, locations and customers, plus webhooks — but no published availability endpoint and no write API. Customers continue on the professional's own Vagaro page.
External booking handoff · 4 of 9 capabilities documented
Not written · Nothing to test yet
Reading availability: the platform does not offer it.
Works today: API credentials (client ID, secret and region).
Developer documentationNo merchant API, no OAuth, no webhooks. The only programmatic surface is a read-only reporting export into BI tools. A booking page is the only connection Fresha offers.

Developer documentationMature public API: services, staff, availability through BookableItems, and appointment add/update. Widely used in wellness and fitness.

Reading availability: an agreement, approval or app registration.
Developer documentationBooksy runs a partner API with documented authentication, served per country. The reference itself sits behind a partner login, so what it exposes for availability could not be verified from outside. Customers continue on the professional's own Booksy page meanwhile.

Developer documentationPopular with independent beauty professionals. Public booking pages are linkable, but no developer API is published.

Developer documentationA partner API is described for larger salon groups. It is not self-serve, and what it exposes could not be verified from outside, so customers continue on the professional's own Boulevard page.
External booking handoff · 3 of 9 capabilities documented
Not written · Nothing to test yet
Reading availability: not verified against current documentation.
Developer documentationCommon in clinics, massage and wellness. Jane operates an approval-based API partner programme; until W8RM is accepted into it, customers continue on the professional's own Jane booking page.

Developer documentationDocumented JSON-RPC API. W8RM reads the account's performers, its services and real open times, and the widget shows them. Creating a booking is not built, so the customer continues on the company's own booking page — which the business must set, because SimplyBook.me has no single address to fall back on.

Works today: Company login and API key.
Developer documentationSetmore publishes a real developer API covering services, staff, availability slots and appointments, with a documented quickstart. It is approval-based rather than self-serve, and W8RM has not written the adapter.

Reading availability: an agreement, approval or app registration.
Developer documentationScheduling API v2 exposes event types and their available times. W8RM reads them and the widget shows them. Creating a booking is not built, so the customer continues on the event type's own Calendly page carrying the service and the date.

Works today: Personal access token.
Developer documentationA calendar shows what is already booked, not what can be booked. W8RM reads the feed and can verify it; calculating openings from it needs working-hour and service rules W8RM does not yet collect, so customers continue on the professional's own booking page meanwhile.
External booking handoff · 4 of 9 capabilities documented

Reading availability: unfinished w8rm code.
Works today: Published calendar feed (iCal).

Developer documentationOnly platforms labelled “Can connect now” have a working verification call in the product today. A booking page is a place to send a customer, never API access.
Industry templates
A template changes vocabulary only. Your catalogue, your connections and your bookings are identical whatever you pick, so the same product fits a barbershop, a spa, a tattoo studio, a trainer or a clinic without being rebuilt.

Features
One unified catalogue
Group services from different platforms into shared categories, while every professional keeps their own price and duration.
Per-platform adapters
Full integration, availability-only or external handoff — decided per provider, never assumed.
Professionals connect themselves
You invite them; they authorise their own scheduling account and can revoke it at any time. No passwords change hands.
Your branding, your widget
Logo, colours, fonts, layout, visible professionals and categories — all set without touching code.
One iframe to install
Copy a snippet into any website builder. Updates reach the embed immediately, so you never reinstall it.
Credentials stay server-side
Tokens are held encrypted on the server. A connection record only ever stores a reference, never a secret.
Availability is never invented
Times are only shown where a platform genuinely exposes them, and the slot is re-checked the moment a booking is made.
Multi-location and multi-widget
Run several locations and publish a different widget per site or brand, all from one business account.
Pricing
You pay for each active location, not for each platform or each calendar connection. Every professional published at that location is covered, whatever scheduling software they use.
Business
$20per month, per location
Includes the first 2 active professionals at that location. Each additional professional is $7 per month.
What a team actually costs
Introductory pricing. Every professional after the first two is billed at the same rate, whichever scheduling platform they use.

Across several locations
Every location starts its own base subscription. The same professional bookable at two locations counts at each, because each location has its own subscription.
Nothing here is billable yet: no payment provider is connected to this product, so no card is charged and no invoice is issued. These are the prices that will apply once billing is switched on, and promotional codes and internal testing accounts are already handled on the server.
